Six Week Lifestyle Nutrition Challenge
This is sneak peek at what nutrition coaching with Melissa from Be Well Blueprint is like. Each participant will get a personalized set of macros and a plan for the 6 weeks. You will check in with Melissa weekly and adjustments will be made as needed. Daily emails with motivation, tasks and small challenges will be included. You will also get an INBODY reading before and after the challenge. A private Facebook group will be set up for support.
